Experienced London Corporal Punishment Mistress
I’m an experienced London corporal punishment mistress. If you are a masochist seeking corporal punishment, or simply need to feel a woman’s power through the end of her punishment tools, then you will be delighted to know that I am very skilled at this. I have 15 years’ experience administering CP in several forms: flogging, whipping, paddling, spanking, caning and belting, as well as many other implements. Sometimes I improvise and even use things like wooden spoons.
If you are an experienced recipient of CP, whipping, flogging, paddling, belting, and caning and you are seeking a session focused solely on CP, then you know that corporal punishment cannot be rushed. It takes time to do a warm-up and to “get in the zone”. I recommend two hours for CP-only sessions. If you wish for a longer session, we can discuss this.
Due to the intense nature of CP only sessions, I allow for “come down” time afterwards, as I believe it is irresponsible to send someone away immediately. I will also monitor you, offer a safe word, and provide drinks and snacks, which is an important component of maintaining energy. Health and safety are the most important aspects of any type of BDSM play and I will always ensure that you are well cared for when administering corporal punishment and discipline.
However, I will not hesitate to unleash my wrath upon you and demonstrate just what an experienced London corporal punishment mistress I really am.
From Mild Spankings to Severe Thrashings for Miscreants and Masochists
Whether you are a corporal punishment virgin or an experienced masochist, this London corporal punishment Mistress can administer just the right punishment and cp training. I am a London mistress who enjoys giving domestic discipline, correction and behaviour modification. I am quite happy to give you a mild, sensual spanking with my hand, or a severe thrashing with my CP implements.
If you cannot be marked, then I will only give you a very mild dose of corporal punishment. There are ways to minimise marks, but if marks are an issue, don’t expect anything heavy. If you can be marked, however, then I will have great fun with you!
Corporal Punishment Safety
This is a very important aspect of BDSM, for obvious reasons. I am very cautious when implementing CP. This does not mean, however, that I cannot be harsh. A responsible domme knows how to deliver sadistic beatings without causing damage. There are many cases of women calling themselves pro dommes who have never done any research about how to properly do an S&M session. I have done extensive research and have many years of practical experience in a BDSM context. By the same token, there are many submissives who know nothing about safe kinky practices and offer themselves unrestricted for the domina to do whatever she wants. You, as a slave, should have thorough knowledge about what is safe and unsafe in a dungeon. Let’s face it, ultimately, you are the one who is responsible for your own safety and well-being. I think it’s very important to point out here that if, at any time, you feel uncomfortable with what anyone is doing to you, you should speak up and stop the session. This might piss off the mistress you are submitting to, but that’s her problem, not yours.
Following is some basic information regarding safe corporal punishment. I will outline some do’s and don’ts and provide some information you need to know.
CP Don’ts and No-Go Areas
Back Safety: When implementing corporal punishment in a kinky S&M context, it’s crucial to never strike heavy blows to organ areas, such as the kidneys. The kidneys are located in the mid-lower back region. They lie outside the ribcage, which makes them vulnerable to injury. I have seen dommes/doms give heavy canings on the back with no consideration whatsoever for body safety. It’s perfectly fine to flog the back, as the pressure is distributed throughout the tails. Also, the tails are soft and non-rigid, so they are very unlikely to cause back or organ damage. But using a hard object like a cane or sjambok (I have used both) to hit the back is potentially dangerous. Not only can the kidneys be affected, but the spine can as well.
Flogging: Flogging can be a very sensual experience, or a painful one. While most uses of a flogger will not cause long-term damage, there are a few exceptions, specifically regarding the eyes. Some slaves enjoy a back flogging. During this form of flogging, a slave should wear a blindfold for eye protection. Even the most experienced dominatrix can miss her target or have a stray tail fly in the wrong place. It’s happened to me, which is why I have the subject either wear a blindfold or lay his face in a pillow. Another good idea is to use ear plugs. CP can be very noisy and with the impact happening so close to the ears, this can be uncomfortable for the recipient. It probably won’t cause ear damage, but the noise can be hard to take for some people.
Another important aspect of flogger safety is to avoid hitting the testicles. I have occasionally caused a slave to jump a mile when a hard stroke of the flogger landed a tail right between the legs. This will more than likely be only a short-term sharp sting, but it is still very painful (not in a good way) and can ruin the mood of the session. The best way to deal with this is simply to have you keep your legs close together. Alternatively, tying the balls up and pulling them forward is a good solution. Or putting them in a cage or other device that will protect them also works well.
Caning: I have already touched on some aspects of caning, but there are further considerations. In my very early days as a pro domme, I was training with a severe mistress. She used to dish out extreme canings, often breaking skin and drawing blood. Trying to prove myself as tough and sadistic, and not knowing any better, I dished out a fairly harsh caning to a customer. I didn’t mutilate the guy, but the thrashing did draw blood. He later told me that those open wounds became infected and he had to go to the doctor. Well, this was an alarming wake-up call for me! From then on, I no longer took advice from that domme and I started doing some research. I learned three very important lessons from this incident: 1) Spread out the strokes on the bum to distribute pressure and avoid breaking skin, and 2) ALWAYS disinfect CP implements between sessions (it hadn’t occurred to me in the beginning, believe it or not), and 3) If skin does break, do a bit of first aid, cleaning the area with a disinfectant and applying a bandage.
CP Recommendations for Best Practice
Consent!: This cannot possibly be stressed enough! Consent is first and foremost. I promise you I will never do anything to you that you have not asked for or agreed to. To do otherwise constitutes abuse. Safe, sane, and consensual play is the long-standing foundational principle promoted among BDSM’ers and kinksters.
Talk: A domina must communicate with her sub in order to determine his experience and what he can and cannot take. It’s important to have this information, but it’s only through experience with the person that I learn their responses. This is harder with a first-timer, obviously. I use a few practical strategies to help me with this. The primary tactic is to have the slave in a position in which his gluteal, or bum, muscles are relaxed. Bending over is not really the best position to be in for CP. This is because the gluteal muscles are extended, which makes them more rigid. This makes corporal punishment harder to take and painful, in a not-good way. It’s always best to strike a relaxed bum. There are some very good dungeon benches out there. I used to have an excellent one. Now I simply have my sub lie on the bed. I do still have them bend over sometimes, but only for hand spankings and light CP. For more sadistic sessions, the bed is best. I know there are dommes who would scoff at this and think I’m being too easy on the slave. This brings me to my next topic.
Pain vs Distress: My steadfast philosophy is that there is a big difference between pain and distress. The uninformed professional mistress believes that the sub should suffer and that his discomfort is inconsequential. I strongly dispute this. Paradoxically, a slave must be comfortable in order to receive pain. What I mean is, if a person is in a state of distress or high discomfort, he will be focusing on that and not be in the right headspace for submitting to my wishes. I want him to fully connect with his submissive nature and gain fulfilment from the CP. If he is in a poorly arranged position that causes discomfort or negative pain, this will not happen. Besides, a body in distress can’t stay in that position long, and I want no interruptions!
The Sweet Spot: This is the area of the bum that should be aimed for when flogging, caning, paddling, etc. It’s on the lower portion of the bum, above the thigh crease and well before the sides of the hips, as shown in the photo. It’s essentially the fleshy part of the bum you sit on. There are a zillion photos online of people with marks outside this area. If they have asked for that, fine. Chances are, these marks were inflicted by someone who didn’t know what they were doing.
Warm-Up: In order for a CP session to work effectively, a slave must be warmed up! This is the case whether the sub is looking to get into a deep, altered mental state (called ‘subspace’) or just wants a fierce punishment. Warming up involves a gradual build up of impact to the bum before heavy strokes are given. This helps for a couple of reasons. It enables the sub to take a more severe beating. More importantly, it lessens the chance of broken skin, which can lead to infection.
Come Down: When a submissive has had a long, intense session of CP, it is necessary to give them a ‘come-down’ period, like a cooling off period. The reason for this is that, when the body experiences pain or impact — essentially a trauma — it release numerous chemicals. These include endorphins, adrenaline, histamines, and others. This is a powerful mixture and can make the person feel ‘high’. This is subspace, which I mentioned earlier. Subspace causes intense feelings and deep emotions. It takes time for the chemicals to fade and for the person to feel ‘normal’ again. I always ensure that a slave has a come-down period after an intense CP session. During this time, I cover them with a soft blanket and offer tea and biscuits. Yes, seriously. 🙂 Here’s a little article in Psychology Today about the neurobiology of BDSM.
The Term ‘Corporal Punishment’ Should Be ‘Sensual Impact Mood Alteration’ or SIMA
Personally, I have never cared for the term ‘corporal punishment’. It conjures images of tyrannical regimes torturing prisoners. Maybe that was the original intent. While sadism can be an element of CP, I think it encompasses so much more. It can be a very complex form of interaction. As mentioned above, it definitely causes an altered state of mind, especially when done long and hard enough to release neurochemicals. Some even use it as a means of therapy, as it can be very cathartic, emotionally and physically. In Russia, one doctor is using whipping to cure depression.
But it can also be sensual and erotic, often causing heightened sexual arousal. A low-impact flogging with a soft-tailed flogger can be very relaxing, inducing a deep sense of calm. Some find that the pain of the cane causes mental awakening or alertness. The possibilities vary widely, and each person responds differently. So despite my extensive reference to the terms ‘CP’ and ‘corporal punishment’, I think a much better term is Sensual Impact Mood Alteration, or SIMA. And I will use this term in future blog posts.
